Amazing TED Talk about manufacturing happiness for ourselves
Positivity has always been one of my strengths. I’ve always been a firm believer that negative people perpetuate in a vicious cycle of disappointment and despair (you, in fact, WILL never get a job. Will never fall in love. Will never be happy), whereas positive people are just delighted when more good things keep coming their way. Positive begets positive. Period.
In my slightly wine-induced stupor this morning, I stumbled upon a great TED Talk about manufacturing happiness: essentially we have the power to make ourselves happy. I’m positive.
